These are great for giving my dog his daily medications. They have a soft, creamy peanut-butter center with an ice-cream cone-like exterior. Basically, Looks like the point of a wafflecone with Peanut butter inside it. He is 16-years-old and takes 3 pills daily and sometimes more for his old-age conditions. He is very smart and will spit out his medications if I hide them in other foods. Since the center of Medi-Crunch is peanut-butter, I can push his meds down into the soft center and It accommodates his different sized medications easily. I can fit 2 capsules in 1 Medi-Crunch.
